[TechAssist] Re: Support Issues

If I'm working on a set that requires some troubleshooting, I turn on my
Digital Answering Machine, telling them I may be on the other line, and will
get back to them if they leave a short message and a number. If I hear a
hangup, I know it wasn't important enough to pull me away from tracing the
circuit I was working on. Because, at my age....I usually have to start from
the beginning again when I get back, after answering the phone. I don't do
that often, but sometimes it's required.
