Gary, my friend,
Chill. Just because someone gets your phone number doesn't mean you have
to fix it for him over the phone. If not your phone number, they have
your e-mail address.
These dummies don't know they are treading on sacred ground. They don't
realize they are raising the blood pressure of those he calls. They just
think it needs a simple part they can replace and save the hassle of
hauling their set in for service. Don't forget. There are people in
this business that are crooked. Maybe they don't know of one in their
area.
I used to get upset over everything. Then I had heart failure. Since I
started on blood pressure medicine, I much calmer.
My suggestion to you (and all those reading this) is to include your
phone and fax number. When someone wants to send you or call you (one of
US), the info is right there. Doesn't require more time and more
e-mails.
