My mention of "licensed technicians only" was simply a way to
discourage Joe-citizen or other non technical persons from contacting
us.It's too hard to "bring them up to speed" on a tech issue otherwise.
Like my sign over my counter "authorized personal only beyond this
point".
I'm sure no one will flash their AARP card on me and shuffle on by.
Another words, "weed out" the misc. neophytes.
