I gave my boy an Ace last night too.  He just shakes at the fire works and it
is safer for his health to keep him calm.Â

Kathy, all drugs have dangers associated with them. Sissy spent 6 weeks on Ace
hile her hock healed from an abscess removal. There was no other way to deal
ith her need to rest and be crated and still have other dogs in the house. It
as hard on her and all of us.
One evening on it will not harm her. She may have a longer 1/2 life of it
han others, but she comes out fine. She was retarded before the 6 weeks, she
id not mature in that time, but she is always getting a little better.
By the time she is 3 years she may be as smart as her sibs.
