[pchelpers] AVG doesn't run in safe mode

Hi Ed

Since you have the paid version of AVG, you could easily find out what 
the reason was that Billy couldn't run AVG when Windows was in safe 
mode. I don't know if his reacted the same way, but when i just tried it 
on Windows XP Home, i got this error message:

Driver (CORE) not found winerr=2

That would be a great help for many on this list.
