Gotten better since 2000? It had gotten a lot better in the last few 
weeks. That diversity receiver that was tested for mobile reception of 
HDTV at a very non-robust 8K 64 QAM, 3/4 Code had been followed by a 
chip that is twice as sensitive. And forget 2009. Read Ken Ferree 
talking for Powell the last few days. I think there is going to be some 
fur flying at the NAB this year.

Then we are going to get the GAO report in June on Berlin maybe. The 
status quo is changing. Of course I can't believe we are still mired in 
this garbage four long years after we knew better.
