If this is what you want, then maybe it's time to re-visit the CEA's Mobile
MultiMedia Broadcast Standard proposal?

Personally, video on a cell phone display is far removed from what I consider
"Digital Television", but to each their own.

You can UNSUBSCRIBE from the OpenDTV list in two ways:

- Using the UNSUBSCRIBE command in your user configuration settings at 

- By sending a message to: opendtv-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx with the word 
unsubscribe in the subject line.
