The only thing I don't get is why you think any of this makes
any difference. No matter what device receives the information,
if it wants to receive the info OTA, it has to incorporate a tuner.

If you prefer to call a "portable TV" a "PDA with OTA tuner," that's
perfectly fine with me. Even if they include a WiFi front end too.
