Yeah....I thought this sounded familiar...I remember seeing that thread in
that group, but I was up to my neck in my newsletter at the time and not
reading much from groups.

But...the weird thing is...with this file Sue sent me, ctrl+double click
does NOT work...at least not on my machine.

Does is work on your machine Sue?

Dian...want me to send you Sue's form? Cuz I sure can't do anything to fix
it.

Btw, Dian....what program do you use to make those animated tutorials? Vic
gave me Camtasia for Christmas and I love it, but the sound gets kinda
choppy when you convert the file to flash. Well, at least it does on his
machine...I haven't installed it here yet. I'm just curious to know if
that's what you use, or something else.

Actually, I just went through this with someone else and I have two
videos on the web displaying the issue.

The first has audio and it shows me selecting the text cos' I didn't
know at first that the guy was talking about a cell in a table, so I'm
showing him how to do it.

But once I learned it was in a cell...the second video shows me
selecting with control and a DOUBLE click. And then again...showing the
problem of selecting regularly and how it selects from point up or point
down...and that one doesn't have audio...just me clicking around.<g>

Here they are for anyone interested...
