Hey Dian. Sue just sent me the template. And yes, it's a text field in a
table cell. But, even the control click thing ain't working. No matter
what I do, when I click on anything, it selects all the text to the end of
the cell. The control key doesn't make any difference. Pretty weird. I
never noticed this before. I guess I never had to select the text inside a
text field in a table before...LOL

Looks like Dian may be right Sue and the person who made this form needs to
take some lessons from her. Cuz, I sure can't seem to select single words
or letters, no matter what I try here. Sorry.

If the text fields are in a table cell, you can't easily select
individual text. You CAN select word by word, by holding down the
control key and double clicking on the words to "gather" up what you
need.

An easier way to handle this, if you need to paste in repeat text into
fields, is to either use AutoText or just open a second document, type
our your basic info and copy from that document into the fields you
need.

Note however, if you're being forced to repeat information, the form
designers could have done a better job automating the process to
eliminate this problem. You might want to show them my many free
