Ok...so why not make a table for columns one and two, then put the column
three info below that, outside the table, then repeat this down the page.
If the info in column three doesn't *have* to be beside columns one and two,
but can, instead be below it, this would work.

Doesn't seem like you can have your cake and eat it to, unfortunately.
Either you deal with the select problem in that column or you move it
outside the table.

I will do it now for you to show you what I mean and send it to you
privately.  Let me know if this is acceptable.  I will send it in about 5
minutes.

There would be much text that would not fit on one line of the third column
of the table, so that will not work, I guess.  I often fill 2 entire pages
in the third column, while there would only be one line in the first and
second columns of the table.
