country down. I personaly feel that the inactive majority should not
be allowed to dictate to the active minority. Imagine listening to
people who cant be bothered to vote. One suggestion, why dont you
poll those 1500 people and ask them this question: 'all those who
want reply-to munging not to be implemented, please reply, failing
which it will be turned on'. Would you be willing to abide by the
decision of the silent majority then?
