Hi all,
when i have an 8 GB Physical RAM on a Linux do i still need swap partition ?
have heard reports saying that one does indeed need it, howmuch ever physical
RAM u have, as it considerably improves performance. how far is it true ? swap
partition of what size could be made for maximum performance of the OS ?
does the thumb rule of 2 x PhysicalRam hold true here also ?
