Can we not set up a mailbag, set a timelimit to receive mails with their
vote in the subject line of these mails. Some one would be able to write
a small perl or awk program to do the tally, comparison etc with the
condition of uniqueness being checked. I hate to think your valuable
time would be spent on such an exercise. I'm not skilled at this and am
sure it would about an hour's job for some one skilled to write and test
one such piece of code.
