If bookshare wants me to insert page numbers based on my best guess, how
would you all recommend I do this? Manually or is there another way? Would I
use Roman Numerals starting with the title pate and then use regular
numbers when the actual text starts? When the text is finished, but there is
still end matter, what numbering system do I use there? Still regular numbers?
