Craig is spot on.....always stick to the KISS principle.  (Dont use words
with more than three syllables) This is why a Conventions section at the
front can deal with this in one fell swoop for the whole document.
Perhaps Nigel submitted his question with his tongue pressed firmly in his
cheek - knowing what a pedantic lot we can be and our love (or puke) of
detail.
