Standifer Gap Marsh, Chattanooga, Hamilton County, TN
September 23, 2003
The marsh looks really good today, after the big rain.
Water Lilies are abundant and beautiful, also Pickerel Weed.

Pied-billed Grebe  3
Green Heron  2
Blue-winged Teal  2
Virginia Rail  4
Ruby-throated Hummingbird  10+
Marsh Wren  2
Catbird  5  in (family?) group
Palm Warbler  2
Yellow Warbler  1
Common Yellowthroat  10+
BlueGrosbeak  3  beautiful, no blue

Lots of butterflies, dragon flies  and other large insects.

Gulf Fritillary  10+
