Standifer Gap Marsh, Chattanooga, Hamilton Co. TN
17 April

The large Virginia Rail contingent at Standifer Gap Marsh forced me
to make a trip there on Saturday morning. I was not disappointed
getting brief looks at 4 Virginias and hearing perhaps a dozen calling.
A brief view of a Sora and a Greater Yellowlegs working a puddle at
the back of the property were bonuses, as was meeting the Henrys
fellow birders who were also enjoyed the activity.
