ESPECIALLY make sure you delete the .kext files listed there! These are kernel extensions which are the bits of code that caused your kernel panics (the Mac OS X kernel is stunningly robust given how easy it is to write code for it... but, if the code is sloppy it'll bring your computer to a grinding halt). PS I'm quite surprised that they chose to use a kernel extension to do what "proxy" filters would have done very nicely, with a lot less hassle (there are lots of ad/pop-up proxy servers Aladdin could've used from the open source software collection that they could've repackaged and sold... and, given that this program is non-functional and irrelevant for Mac users...).
