I had almost forgotten that Iraq adopted a 15% flat tax. Hopefully
it will serve to educate U.S. politicians on a simple and fair
taxation system and also stimulate the Iraqi economy after decades of
heavy-handed government control .
Thank you for the invitation but I think it will be some time before
Kabul will rival the Grand Canyon as a vacation destination.
