Few of my thoughts...
1. While I do agree the local language is very useful
in spreading usage of FLOSS, we have still not a
reached a position where people mail to LUG's in Tamil
seeking solutions.
2. In India, most technical stuff get written in
English. Hence it would be a better choice to address
technical issues(even basic ones).
3. More importantly, I dont see us getting more than a
few posts in Tamil even over a month, unless some one
is bent on sending one ;)
