That is not for you to decide. If you post to this mailing list, it is meant for
everyone on the list. If you want to have a conversation with a subset of the
subscribers, then individually copy them in or start another mailing list.
On the other hand, if you are implying people who don't speak Tamil has no place
here, then it is hardly your decision to make unilaterally.
There are several non-Tamil speaking people on this mailing list - a natural
extension of Chennai's evolution as a modern cosmopolitan city. Demanding
everyone to speak Tamil or else is an example of ostrich mentality and would
only hurt the list in the long term.
