Personally I would not like to have a regional language inclusive
mailing list. Even if the OP is not good in English its fine. We can
try to get the requirement/doubt from him. What for a Users Group is
for? It become very difficult for other people in this list to
understand. Especially since this list has non-tamil speaking crowd
also from various parts of the country and world.
