Well,
I have heard some one saying, rules ought to be made keeping in mind
the needs of a common man and there will certainly be exceptions..
which also need to be taken care... with certain conditions...
but its, unfortunate that rules are not at all being made taking
exceptions alone into consideration... :-)
well, i do agree with certain arguments that a dedicated mailing list
in tamil or any other bharathiya language might not attact the
attention of problem solvers.... at this juncture of history yes it
is...
one main reason may be the un willingness/ hesitation among techies to
get down to common man... irrespective of the fact that they can
communicate in their own native language... its our experience too...
continuos effort at least for the next five years can certainly change
this... my personal experience is that the amount of satisfaction that
i get when in converse in tamil is more when compared to english..
it gives me the pleasure of independence.... experiences can only be
felt.. and discussing it is a mirage...
