Whatever it takes Kevin.....Salesmanship is half the battle.
I remember a while back, when a customer asked me over the phone, what I
thought might be wrong with the set, when I ventured a guess, I was always
giving them the "worst case scenario" and the would be pleasantly surprised
if the charge was much lower than anticipated. Now I have to stop doing
that, since getting them to bring in for repair is the first step to
remaining in business.
