I would guess if the meeting gets held in the same room it would be the same
situation.

It can't be true that there is no phone in a hotel room!!! Farce I say! If
it were true, the board should make all efforts to have a phone available. To
not even include the entire board (since I know not everybody goes in person)
isn't exactly working for the membership, no?
I sure hope that is not the case.
