My reaction to the above is the same as it has been every time this is
brought up. The good handlers get (most often) the best dogs.

My comment was more tongue in cheek ( notice the <G> after it), but as a
breeder, I evaluate my dogs loose without a lead and without a handler.
Imagine
being able to judge a dog au natural like they are in the herding arena without
a handler?
When I said "without a handler" I really meant "WITHOUT a handler <G>
