GuitarMan,
     You're not going to believe this, but I got an error message with 
the first instruction.  I'll send screen shots privately.  However is 
the "Add or Remove Programs" in my control panel the same as where you 
are directing me?  If so, I can just uninstall QT from there.  At this 
point, I'm rather hesitant to make any changes on my own!
