Yes... I would definitely consider uninstalling it and removing every =
single mention of Firefox and Mozilla!

The bookmarks are extremely easy to back up. In Firefox, you go to =
BOOKMARKS > MANAGE BOOKMARKS and then in the management screen you go to =
FILE > EXPORT... and save the bookmarks.html file to your drive (save to =
the desktop so its easy to find). Then, after you reinstall the whole =
thing, you do the same thing except selecting IMPORT instead of EXPORT.

But settings... what sort of settings are you trying to save?

Nope...didn't work. I've tried opening it from various places, and it
just won't open. No, wait, I have to qualify: I get a window with just
the bare basics. But none of the icons or work, I can't put an address
into the bar.....can't do one thing.
Do you think I should uninstall all the Mozillas and Firefoxes that are
floating all over the place? And if so, will I lose all my bookmarks, =

settings, etc?

And if so, I would really nead detailed instructions. I'm thick. LOL
