Bolivia uses NTSC-M.  System N is 625 lines, 6 MHz channel bandwidth.  Their
power system is 120 V, 50 Hz.
It should also be noted that there are 8 variations of 625 line broadcast
systems:  B, D, G, H, I, K, L, and N.

I'm familiar with Brazil's 525-line PAL-M.  Can you point out any 
625-line NTSC system?
