[opendtv] Re: PAL

Sorry for the typo.  Should have read:  Bolivia uses NTSC-N.  I got this
listing from the Television and Video Engineer's Pocket Book (Newnes) and
other publications, but all these sources are more than 20 years old.
Perhaps it was never implemented.

So?  NTSC-M is 525 lines.  NTSC-N would be 625.
