No, Craig. Just like many other discussions, e.g. square
vs non-square pixels in fixed fixel displays, you are
stating something you would like to be the case as if it
were already fact. It's not fact.
What you really mean here is "the display *could* be made
to know ... ," and that would simply be repeating what I
said in my last sentence.
