Over here, the most readily available is Johnson Mathey S S and their Easyflo, is the one to use. For steel, or for step brazing, I prefer what used to be called C4 now Silverflo, (Again JM)is the best. The JM website, http://www.jm-metaljoining.com/ has some useful information.
