In the beginning there was VFR and the pilots did look and find this good and practice their flying in contented silence. But the powers were not happy and accidents they must avoid so the word was spoke and IFR didst they create and from their control rooms they did preach. Again the pilots did look and some were happy. But scism there was and the idol VFR would continue to be worshipped through-out the lands. The messengers were sent forth to preach the gospel IFR and the zealots did insist this be the one faith but still pilots continued to practise at the VFR alter and the old ways remain. Some tried putting up the fees to drive them out but land-owners did show them leigeance and the true faith did survive. Thus the enlightened did agree that both have their place but Heavy Metal zealots would seek to preach their word and disharmony would it cause with General Avaiation. A prayer be sent forth asking they be shown the error of their ways and harmony be restored through-out the IVAO lands.
