I remember that all too well and it was indeed a lucky escape.

One nasty trick he pulled was to "give" us OS data to create the scenery.
When we (Paul?) checked with OS and discovered the data wasn't kosher PT had
the audacity to threaten us saying we had broken the NDA with him by getting
in touch with OS! I can't understand the twisted mind of someone who thinks
they can sue you for revealing they were, essentially, breaking OS
copyright.

I'm glad we got extracted from all that but it left a cloud over the
enterprise.

Yeah, my brother-in-law (Reg "The Law") help us extract ourselves from a 
contract with Mr Tishma when we were doing the "VFR Scenery" stuff for 
FS98. A lucky escape...
