So, a simple way to convert MAN pages into 'xml' would be to use the doclifter (http://www.catb.org/~esr/doclifter/doclifter.html), it will convert {n,t}roff pages into DocBook XML format. Then we could use the DocBook XSL Stylesheets project (http://docbook.sourceforge.net/projects/xsl/) to output whatever format we want to...
