I'm not worried so much about my Voice Sense, which I have had for sometime now, I'm disturbed that I just purchased for over $1,500 a product which I have no guarantees if or when it will ever be upgraded. A product that was sold to me by gW Micro. A product which was sold to me 48 hours before this parting of ways took place. The fact that GW Micro did not alert me to this fact, thus denied me the opportunity to decide not to purchase it. A product which is licensed by both HIMS and gW Micro. A product, by the way, which happens to have the official name of: GW Sense Navigation. in fact, here is what the manual says: GW Sense Navigation Braille Sense and Voice Sense (Braille Keyboard) Condensed User Manual For Version 2010 Copyright Notice: Copyright (C) 2007-2010 GW Micro, Inc. Copyright (C) 2007-2010 HIMS CO, LTD. Copyright (C) 2002-2010 Sendero Group, LLC. Limited Map data copyright (C) Tele Atlas. Sense Nav is as much a GW Micro product as it is a HIMS product. Their name is on it. They sold it to me, HIMS did not. HIMS may be very good at listening to their customers, but it has been my experience that they aren't very good at answering questions about their products. Here is a message I sent on August 16 to which I got no reply: To: <hims@xxxxxxxxxxxx> From: Keith Bucher <kbucher@xxxxxxxxxx> Date: Mon, 16 Aug 2010 00:06:53 +400 Subject: CPU Speed Hello, What is the MHZ of the processor in the Voice Sense Qwerty and the Braille Sense OnHand?
