Req 25: GMPI must support instantaneous events on all control inputs.
Can we clarify that a bit?, In VST an ' instantaneous event' is simply an
event with the timestamp set to zero (relative to block). This statement
seems a bit redundant.
I hope we don't intend sending events to the plugin at 'random' times.
