Allison,
Someone on this list (could have been Shelley Rhodes, not sure) suggested
leaving the scanner lid up while scanning and pushing down on the center of
the book binding. I have a large scanner which can do 2 pages at a time
and, once I adopted her suggestion, my scanning errors dropped dramatically.
I too would love tips on improving scanning accuracy. Lou
