Technically, if you are talking Braille, that's what is supposed to be done.
And if it is a footnote, then you put it following the full line on which the
footnote indicator appears. I would think, though, that you could note that you
were changing it so it would be clearer. But these books aren't being prepared
for only Braille readers so don't know what I would say about it. Not that it
is mine to decide. LOL.
