I believe it should go whatever way it is in the print book.

If it says:

Chapter 1
The Door Opens

in the print book, then that's the way it should be.

But if The Door Opens is the top line in the print book, and then Chapter 1 is 
second, I think that's the way it should be because that's the way it is in the 
print book.

But, there may be reasons to flip them for navigational purposes, I'm not sure. 
I'm not sure it's permissible legally to flip them.
