According to the profile the blue should read close to L*a*b* 42 42 -93.

but Photoshop does via a custom softproof: Under "View" -> "Softproof" - "Custom",
Ergh, that means I have to remember to manually enable that every time I open a file. Not quite what I was looking for. :/
