[amayausers] Thread Breaks

Hello Everybody,
did the roller upgrade on my machines, not the software. i am starting to get
thread breaks again. some needles run good others not. I don't think it was
how they were put in or anything because a tech did it.
Can someone tell me again how to clean the rollers in case its grease.
