Well
Here in barbados writing bad checks can be very expensive.I did that 
accidentilly recently and had to pay my bank $35 out of my account.Then the 
company to whome the check was written charged another $30 on top of the $20 
their bank had charged.

Some of the gas stations give 3-4 cents per gallon discount if pay with
cash.
Just mark up your rates and make the cash rate the original rate.
