Nothing that wont cost far more than the amount involved. The only suggestion I have is to check your State law concerning the filing of liens. If you can do so without a court judgement and at low cost, file a lien against the individual. He wont be able to get a loan or sell a house or car without satisfying the lien. Anyone doing a background check would look to see if there are any liens.
