Not dumb at all
Click on *tools* at the top of your browser
Then *internet options*
Then *security* tab and then *custom* level
enable the active X settings there
the *unsigned* and ones *not marked as safe* leave on disable
reboot
should be ok after that.

Subject: -=PCTechTalk=- Active X Question

Hi everyone
I have a question. I keep getting a message when I go to some websites that
my Active X security settings will not allow me to view some things Or some
statement to that affect. What and where is my Active X. The pop up is
getting
very annoying to me. Should I allow this Active X thing?

Cindy hoping she doesn't sound too dumb LOL
