Don, thank you so very much for this tip and the information. I am printing
it off so I will be sure to do it all right. I do have one question as I
re-read what you have sent. I presume any codec packs will be in the
add/remove program? I did not see any in there. Is the codec pack the same
as a decoder? I found and ran MicroSoft Windows XP decoder checkup utility
to see if I needed a new decoder and it appeared I did not have any, or any
that worked.
If the codec packs are not in add/remove programs, where do I go to find
them and remove them?
