Killdisk.exe cannot run since it needs a DVD drive. For John and
yourself this should be off list.

What are you trying to say? And what are you trying to do?
"Restore is not being done" sounds like "Restore is not being done
though I was hoping it would". Perhaps you're trying to say "I don't
want to restore my OS".
Why do you want to throw out a computer if the only thing physically
wrong with it is a defective DVD drive?
