What are you trying to say? And what are you trying to do?
"Restore is not being done" sounds like "Restore is not being done
though I was hoping it would". Perhaps you're trying to say "I don't
want to restore my OS".
Why do you want to throw out a computer if the only thing physically
wrong with it is a defective DVD drive?
