R3243 has nothing to do with filaments. HV splitter has nothing to do
with filaments. You have cold solder where the daugtherboard connects
to the main board.
If the module is a 1674 or similar R3266 might be bad (rather unlikely).
Or send the board to Module Exchange. They're fast and reliable.
